  • - Marketing Specialist - B2B Sector and OEM (North America)
    Job Title: Marketing Specialist (fractional) Location: Remote Pay Type: Fractional Hours: 10-20 hours per week Company: DRYOUT Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the B2B sector and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional content creation skills, and a proven track record in managing social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the B2B sector. Create compelling and relevant content for various channels, including social media, blogs, whitepapers, flyers, handouts, website, and case studies. Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Assist with the planning and execution of events. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and OEM partnerships. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and tactics. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing and trade shows. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to measure ROI and KPIs. Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices, especially in the B2B and OEM sectors. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on OEM partnerships. Proven ability to create engaging content and manage social media accounts. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Experience with marketing automation and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
